ARTICLE 6 - EXPERIENCE AND COMPENSATION

6.01 Salary Schedule and Grid

6.01 a)            Increases to the 2021-2022 salary grid and all other salaries and allowances as follows:

2022-2023: COLA*

COLA to be determined as follows: In January of 2023, or as soon as possible thereafter, when the 12-month (January to December 2022) average annual Manitoba Statistics Canada Consumer Price Index (All Items) change is made known, the increase will be applied retroactively to September 1^st, 2022.
