The St. James-Assiniboia School Division
and
The St. James-Assiniboia Teachers' Association
Re: Sick Leave Practice
PURSUANT to discussions between the Division and the Association: IT IS AGREED by both parties that, effective September 6, 2022:
The Division shall continue its practice with respect to sick leave accrual and accumulation (accruing .1111 per day worked with reconciliation occurring at the end of each month to two days maximum) with the understanding that any future changes would be made at the provincial bargaining table.
