A substitute who is called in for a half day assignment who reports and who finds that his or her services are not required, shall be paid a half-day’s pay for reporting for duty.
If the substitute teacher has been called in for a full day assignment who reports and who finds that his or her services are not required, shall be paid a full day’s pay for reporting for duty.
In the event of an emergency closure of a school or early dismissal for emergency reasons, substitute teachers will be paid accordingly based on their half-day or full-day assignment.
