Except in cases of emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, every full- time teacher shall be entitled to an uninterrupted meal period between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each school day:
- This lunch period shall be equal to the midday intermission given to the students of the school in which the teacher is employed to a maximum of fifty-five (55) consecutive minutes.
- One member of the teaching staff per school shall be on call during this meal period.
