The Board will administer the Manitoba Public School Employees Group Life Insurance Plan according to the terms and conditions of the Master Policy of the said plan.
The employee’s share of premiums shall be deducted at source for all participants in the plan.
All employees coming on staff after the effective date of the implementation of the plan in the Division shall be required to participate in the plan, unless granted exclusion by the Trustees for the Manitoba Public School Employees Group Life Insurance Plan.
Notwithstanding the provision of Section a) of this article, the Division and the Association may, by mutual agreement, institute such other group insurance plans as may be developed.
