Effective the first day of the fall term 2004, part time teachers shall be entitled to increments in accordance with this Article.
After each year of regular part-time employment each such part-time teacher shall be advanced to the next higher step on the salary scale for their qualifications and shall be paid the percentage of the total salary for that classification or step in the percentage that the workload contracted for bears to a full-time workload.
