ARTICLE 3: SALARY SCHEDULE

3.01

1. Salary schedules include adjustments as provided for by the Collateral Dental Plan Agreement and the Auxiliary Agreement.

2. Fall Term 2018 Schedule First Day Fall Term Salary schedule to be adjusted by 1.6% and adjustments as provided by the Collateral Dental Plan Agreement

3. Fall Term 2019 Schedule – First Day Fall Term Salary Schedule to be adjusted by 1.4% and adjustments as provided by the Collateral Dental Plan Agreement

4. Fall Term 2020 Schedule – First Day Fall Term Salary Schedule to be adjusted by 0.5% and adjustments as provided by the Collateral Dental Plan Agreement.

5. Fall Term 2021 Schedule – First Day Fall Term Salary Schedule to be adjusted by COLA* and adjustments as provided by the Collateral Dental Plan Agreement.

 

*COLA is to be determined as follows in January 2022, or as soon as possible thereafter, when the 12 month (January to December 2021) average annual Manitoba Statistics Canada Consumer Price Index (All Items) change is made known, the increase will be applied retroactively to the first day of Fall Term, 2021.
