LETTER OF AGREEMENT 

Manitoba Public School Employees Dental and Extended Health Plan

Between

Swan Valley School Division 

and

Swan Valley Teachers’ Association

of the

Manitoba Teachers’ Society

RE: Article 11.02   Group Life Insurance

That the Division and Association agree to waive the provisions of, and amend the following Article 11.02, to the following language, from the Collective Agreement dated April 26, 2021.

 

ARTICLE 11.02  – GROUP LIFE INSURANCE

All employees coming on staff after the effective date of the implementation of the Plan in the Division shall be required to participate in the Plan. unless granted exclusion by the Trustees of the Manitoba Public School Employees’ Group Life Insurance Plan.
