Annual increments shall be paid as per Table 3.03 as of September 01.
Full-time teachers entering the service of the School Division in the fall term of any year shall receive an adjustment to the next higher rate their Class on the Salary Schedule at the beginning of the fall term next following.
Full-time teachers entering the service of the School Division in the spring term of any year shall receive an adjustment to the next higher rate in their Class on the Salary Schedule at the beginning of the spring term next following.
Part-time teachers shall receive an adjustment to the next higher rate in their Class based on the fraction of the time employed at the beginning of the fall or spring term following the accumulation of service with the School Division equals the equivalent of one full-time year of service as verified by The Manitoba Education Professional Certification Branch.
