LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING

BETWEEN:

Sunrise School Division

(hereinafter referred to as the “Division”)

and

Sunrise Teachers’ Association

(hereinafter referred to as the “Association”)

EARLY NOTIFICATION - RENEW

If the Board intends to offer an Early Notification gratuity, the Board shall first negotiate said gratuity with the Association and sign a Letter of Understanding.
