The Board shall administer The Manitoba Teachers’ Society Extended Health Benefit Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan.
Except as noted in 3 and 4, all employees that are eligible under the terms of the Plan shall be required to participate in the Plan.
Where an employee provides evidence of coverage for Extended Health Benefit through a spousal plan, such employee shall be eligible to opt out of this Plan subject to the terms of this Plan.
An employee who works less than 0.3 shall not be required to join the Plan.
