Teachers in a school with a teaching staff full time equivalency (F.T.E.) under three (3) shall be entitled to an annual small school allowance of:
Effective the first day of the Fall Term 2018: $514
Effective the first day of the Fall Term 2019: $521
Effective the first day of the Fall Term 2020: $524
Effective the first day of the Fall Term 2021: Increase by COLA*
per school year pro-rated based on full time equivalents.
