OTHER RATE ADJUSTMENTS - September 2021

Appendix to  the Collective Agreement between

SOUTHWEST HORIZON SCHOOL DIVISION

and

SOUTHWEST HORIZON TEACHERS' ASSOCIATION OF THE MANITOBA TEACHERS' SOCIETY

RE: SEPTEMBER 2021 OTHER RATE ADJUSTMENTS (COLA Increase 3.3%)

The following other rate adjustment listed below reflect the COLA increase at 3.3%.

 

5.04-Substitute Teachers

1. Effective February 1, 2022, the rates of pay for a substitute teacher shall be:

Paid at a rate of $161.00 per day, for Class 1 to 7, and $121.00 per day if not in Class 1 to 7.

This agreement includes holiday pay.

 

5.05 - Administrative Allowances

The vice-principal shall receive a sum equal to one half the allowance paid to the principal of the same school
