The salary of a CVE teacher whose qualifications and/or experience do not permit them to be paid according to the classifications as indicated by Article 3 shall be paid by the Board subject to negotiations and agreement with the Seven Oaks Teachers' Association. The Board and the Association shall meet prior to the date of employment to assess the salary.
