OTHER RATE ADJUSTMENTS - September 2021

Appendix to the Collective Agreement between The Rolling River School Division

and

The Rolling River Teachers' Association of the

Manitoba Teachers' Society

RE: SEPTEMBER 2021 OTHER RATE ADJUSTMENTS (COLA Increase 3.3%)

 

The following other rate adjustment listed below reflect the COLA increase at 3.3%.

3.07   Administrative Allowance

1. Principals of schools with one teacher (including themselves) shall be paid an admininstrative allowance as follows:

$1,720 effective the first day of the Fall Term 2021​​​​​​

 

2. Principals employed in schools with two teachers (including themselves) shall be paid an administrative allowance as follows:

$5,324. effective the first day of the Fall Term 2021

 

3. Principals of all other schools shall be paid an administrative allowance as follows:

$6,865. effective the first day of the Fall Term 2021

Plus the following allowance for every teacher in excess of five (5):

$864. for every teacher in excess of five (5) to a maximum of $23,172 effective the first day of the Fall Term 2021.

 

4. A principal shall not be classified as a teacher for this calculation.

6. Vice-Principals shall receive one half of what he/she would receive as principal of that school.

 

3.10   Coordinators Allowance

Effective the first day of the Fall Term 2021 the following shall apply:

Year One	$8,096.
Year Two	$8,996.
Year Three	$9,995.
Year Four	$11,106.

 

 

4.07

1. Short-term substitute teachers (1 to 5 days) shall be paid at the rate of per day, which included vacation pay, as follows:

$165 effective February 1, 2021
