The Board/Division shall administer The Manitoba Teachers’ Society Disability Benefits Plan according to the requirements of the Plan.
The premiums for the Plan shall be paid entirely by the participants in the Plan and shall be deducted from each salary cheque and remitted to the Plan pursuant to the instructions provided by the Society.
All teachers shall be required to participate in the Plan as a condition of employment.
