Each teacher who teaches at least the first day of school shall be advanced twenty (20) teaching days sick leave. Where the employment of a teacher is continued for more than one (1) year, the unused portion of the sick leave in any years shall be carried forward and accumulated from year to year to a maximum of 130 days.
Part-time teachers shall be entitled to sick leave on a pro-rata basis.
