Teachers employed under contract on a part-time basis shall:
be paid according to their qualifications as established in Article 3:00;
be paid on a rate based on the fraction of the time employed;
part-time teachers, who are required to attend administration days, parent-teacher conferences, pupil evaluation days and professional development days, which are scheduled during a regular school day and are in addition to the time normally scheduled for work, shall be compensated on a pro-rated basis for the additional time.
