LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN
THE PEMBINA TRAILS SCHOOL DIVISION
THE PEMBINA TRAILS TEACHERS' ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS the Division has established a new classification of employee, Principal of Curriculum , which falls within the scope of the Collective Agreement between the Pembina Trails School Division ("the Division") and the Pembina Trails Teachers' Association ("the Association"), and
WHEREAS the Division and the Association have negotiated to conclude its renewal of its Collective Agreement which expired on June 30, 2018, and
NOW THEREFORE the parties agree as follows:
1. The wages to be paid to the Principal of Curriculum adhere to the classification of Principal.
This agreement signed this 6th day of May, 2021
