Except as provided hereunder, the anniversary date for annual increments shall be:
During the Fall term shall be September 1st next following.
During the Spring term shall be January 1st next following.
Regardless of the date of entering service, teachers who have accumulated part years of experience shall be credited with an increment the next January or September immediately following accumulation of ten (10) months teaching experience.
