ARTICLE 8: ADMINISTRATION ALLOWANCES

8.05 Hutterian Colony Schools

1. Teachers who teach in a one-teacher school shall receive an administrative allowance as follows:   

Fall Term 2018:	$872.24 per year
Fall Term 2019:	$884.45 per year
Fall Term 2020:	$888.87 per year
Fall Term 2021	$918.20 per year

 

2. In Hutterian colony schools where the teacher count is three (3) or less supervised, the appointed administrator of the colony school shall be included in the teacher count. In no case shall the teacher count for administrative allowance purposes be less than two (2)

 

3. When a teacher is appointed as the Head Administrator of the Hutterian Colony Schools, the teacher shall be paid an allowance for each colony school supervised as follows:

Fall Term 2018:	$872.24 per year
Fall Term 2019:	$884.45 per year
Fall Term 2020:	$888.87 per year
Fall Term 2021:	$918.70 per year

The Head Administrator of the Hutterian Colony Schools shall be paid the above allowance for supervising the Resource Teacher of the colony schools.
