Garden Valley School Division
and
Garden Valley Teachers’ Association
of the
Manitoba Teachers’ Society
RE: Article 16.03 Group Life Insurance
That the Division and Association agree to waive the provisions of, and amend the following article, 16.03, to the following language, from the Collective Agreement dated April 13, 2021.
ARTICLE 16.03 – GROUP LIFE INSURANCE
All teachers coming on staff after the effective date of the implementation of the Plan in the Division shall be required to participate in the Plan. unless granted exclusion by the Trustees of the Manitoba Public School Employees’ Group Life Insurance Plan.
