Teachers required by the Division to transfer to a different community within the Division shall receive reasonable notice of such transfer, and shall be entitled to receive from the Division reimbursement for their necessary, reasonable and actual moving expenses. The final arrangements for the moving and the costs of same shall be subject to Division approval prior to the move.
In the case of a Board initiated transfer, the teacher shall have up to 2 days on site at their new school in which to prepare for their new assignment, the dates subject to approval of the Superintendent. Substitute costs, if any, are to be paid by the Division.
