The annual fee of the Association shall be deducted from the salary of every teacher employed by the Division. The fee shall be deducted from all teachers at the end of their first month of employment. The fee shall be pro-rated for any teacher who begins employment after the start of the school year. The President of the Association shall inform the Division by letter of the amount to be deducted prior to the first day of September for each year's fees.
The Secretary-Treasurer shall send a cheque for the total amount of fees deducted to the Association no later than the last day of the following month.
