Teachers teaching in multi-grade/video conference classrooms shall be paid an additional $406.40 per annum for each grade or classroom over one to an annual maximum of $1,219.20 effective the Fall Term 2018; an additional $412.09 per annum for each grade or classroom over one to an annual maximum of $1,236.27 effective the Fall Term 2019; an additional $414.15 per annum for each grade or classroom over one to an annual maximum of $1,245.45 effective the Fall Term 2020; effective the first day of the Fall Term of 2021, COLA (as defined in 3.01) will be applied to the formula.
The article shall not apply to special education teachers, itinerant music teachers or to situations where the same material is being taught to a single group of students at different grade levels.
