This agreement is by and between the Beautiful Plains School Division hereinafter referred to as the Division and the Beautiful Plains Teachers’ Association of the Manitoba Teachers’ Society hereinafter referred to as the Association. This agreement supersedes any and all previous Collective Agreements entered into by the Division and the Association.
