a) Upon hire, part-time teachers shall be placed on the salary schedule in accordance with their classification and years of experience as determined by Manitoba Education (Regulation 5151/88).
b) Part-time teachers shall be paid an annual salary based upon the percentage that the workload contracted for bears to a full-time workload.
