This agreement shall come into force and take effect on July 1, 2014, unless otherwise agreed to, and shall remain in force until June 30, 2018 and shall thereafter automatically renew itself from year to year unless either party gives the other a written notice by registered mail of a desire to terminate or amend the agreement during the month of April in the year the agreement expires.
