All teachers in the employ of the Sandy Bay First Nation shall be required to participate in the recognized Pension Plan(s). The contribution by the teacher for both the Canada Pension Plan and the Teachers' Pension Plan shall total 7.6% and the Employer's contribution shall be 7.6%.
