This agreement, unless expressly provided otherwise, shall be retroactive and come into effect July 1, 2014, and shall continue in full force and effect until June 30, 2018, for all teachers who are employed by the Division on the date of signing of this agreement.
This agreement shall thereafter continue in effect from year to year, unless either party gives the other written notice by registered mail of a desire to terminate or amend this agreement. Such notice shall be given not later than the 1 st day of May before the expiring of this agreement.
