When required by the Division, part-time teachers participating in professional development activities (except SAGE), administrative day activities, early dismissal staff meetings and field trips that occur during the school day which are over and above their regularly scheduled instructional day, shall receive a pro-rated share of their annual salary rate for that time spent in these activities.
