This agreement shall become binding and take effect as from the first (1st) day of July A.D. 2014 and shall remain in full force until the thirtieth (30th) day of June A.D. 2018 and shall, thereafter, continue in effect from year to year unless either party gives to the other party by registered mail, notice of its intention to terminate or seek amendment of this agreement. Notice shall be given by either party not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of expiry of the term of the Agreement. At such time as may be mutually agreed upon, representatives of the Association and the Division shall meet for the purpose of commencing negotiations.
