ADDENDUM TO THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT – CO-ORDINATOR, STUDENT SERVICES
This addendum outlines remuneration, employee benefits and reimbursement of expenses for all duties and obligations attended upon by the Co-ordinator, Student Services of Beautiful Plains School Division.
1. Remuneration:
The salary for this position will consist of a teaching salary calculated according to the current collective agreement with the Beautiful Plains Teachers’ Association plus an allowance for administrative and supervision according to the following schedule.

2. Reimbursement of Expenses:
a) A mileage allowance at the rate set by the Board for their own travel when a personal vehicle is used for Division business.
b) Out of pocket expenses whenever it is necessary to be outside Neepawa on Division business.
c) A car allowance of $300.00 per year for in-town mileage.
3. Employee Benefits:
a) All benefits included in the collective agreement with the Beautiful Plains Teachers’ Association or in policy for employees covered by that agreement.
4. Holidays or Work Year:
a) This person in this position will work all days that schools are open plus evenings and summer preparation time as requested to fulfil the responsibilities of the position.
