Effective the date of signing, payment for a substitute teacher shall be $147.00 per day including holiday pay. Those substitute teachers who work less than a full day shall be paid the prorated amount grossed up by 20%. The grossed up daily pay shall not exceed the standard daily rate stated above. The following rates apply for the duration of the collective agreement.
