Effective the fall term 2014 any teacher teaching two grades in a classroom over 50% of his/her time shall be paid an additional allowance of $41.29 per student to a maximum of $1,233 per annum. The basis for computation shall be the enrollment as of September 30.

any teacher teaching three grades or more in a classroom shall receive an allowance of $1,233 per annum. The following rates apply for the duration of the collective agreement.
