For the purpose of the Salary Schedule, members of the teaching staff shall be classified in accordance with the Education and Administration Act MR 515/88. (See Appendix "B").
Teacher classification shall be such classification as determined in Article 3.01 in force on the first day of January, 2014 for the 2014 calendar year, on the first day of January, 2015 for the 2015 calendar year, and on the first day of January, 2016 for the 2016 calendar year.
The classification of any teacher employed as of the date of signing of this agreement shall not be lowered as a result of such classification as set out in Article 3.01.
