The Board shall post in each school, Division Office, and on the Divisional Website a notice of each new position and each vacancy to be filled by teachers/administrators who would come under this agreement at least 5 days before the position or vacancy is to be filled. Concurrently, a copy of such notice shall be sent to the Association.
