This agreement shall come into force and effect as from the first day of July A.D. 2014 to the last day of June A.D. 2017 and shall automatically renew itself thereafter unless either party gives the other written notice by registered mail, of the desire to amend, renew, or terminate this agreement on or before the 30th of June of the calendar year in which termination or amendment is desired.
