This Agreement shall come into force and take effect on the first day of July 2010, and shall remain in full force and effect for a period of four years from that date, and shall thereafter continue in effect from year to year, unless either party gives the other written notice by registered mail of a desire to terminate or amend this Agreement. Such notice shall be given during the month of April of the year in which the Agreement terminates.
