ARTICLE 40.00 - EDUCATIONAL LEAVE

40.05 Approval

 (a) Educational leave shall be granted for further study.  The merit of the particular program chosen should be set forth by the teacher applying in a letter to the Division.
 

(b) Applications must bear the recommendations of the principal and the SuperintenŽdent and receive approval of the Division.  The Division shall have final authority in granting leave and selecting in cases where there are more than three (3) applications for educational leave.
