a) Effective June 1, 2007, the Division will facilitate by deduction of premiums a compulsory extended health plan sponsored by MTS and underwritten by Manitoba Blue Cross. All premiums are the responsibility of the teacher.
b) Where a teacher provides evidence of coverage for Extended Health Benefits through a spousal plan, such member shall be eligible to opt out of this Plan, subject to the terms of this Plan.
