This agreement shall come into force and take effect as from the first day of July 2014 and shall remain in effect through June 30, 2018 and shall automatically renew itself thereafter from year to year unless either party gives the other written notice of a desire to replace or amend the Agreement. This notice shall be given during the month of April prior to the date of expiry of the term of the Agreement.
Within fifteen (15) working days after notice has been given by either party indicating a desire for the renewal of, the amendment of, or the negotiation of a new Agreement; the parties must meet to set a date for the exchange of proposals. The fifteen (15) day limit may be extended by mutual consent of both parties.
